FAQ's

We are open - Now Accepting Admissions and Family Visits

How much does it cost to stay at the care home?

Due to our comprehensive approach when building a package of care, no two individuals will receive exactly the same treatment when living or staying with us. As such, it can be difficult to provide an initial price. Despite this, we always advise that the average fees are approximately £1000 per week.

When can I visit my loved one?

Visitors are welcome at any time during the day, and we always welcome guests through our doors. You may visit your loved one in their room or in any of our communal spaces including the living room and bar. We would love you to come stay with us for a meal and sample our a la carte menu, and we encourage family and friends to take our residents out when they can.

What happens if the requirements of my loved one change?

Every person has different needs and requirements, and this is always reflected in the bespoke package of care we create for new residents. Our extensive experience of home care allows us to easily adapt to their needs, and make alterations when necessary.

Can we bring our own furniture?

Our rooms and suites come part furnished, including beds and storage, but we always invite new visitors to bring in their own furniture and items to create a space that is truly their own.

Can my loved one keep seeing the same doctor?

They can, provided that their existing doctor is within our catchment area. We have strong relationships with local doctors and pharmacies and can support you to register with them if required.

I still have more questions; do you have someone I can speak to?

We do not doubt that, when making a decision like this one, you will have numerous questions. As such, we would love to hear from you and answer any pressing issues you may have. Please fill out the form below or visit the contact us page to get in touch with our team.
